Welcome to The Point by Edge. Your understanding on the booking policies we follow for our direct bookings matters to us, and we are committed to make sure every guest and every stay is as smooth and convenient as it should be.

Guarantee & Payment

 
~ All reservations must be pre-paid in full at the time of booking.
 
~ A valid credit card is required to guarantee your stay.
 
~ The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card provided at the time of booking through a pre-authorization process.
 
~ If the credit card fails to pass the pre-authorization check, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.
 
~ Guests will have the opportunity to provide new, valid credit card details after being notified of a failed pre-authorization attempt.
 
~ If new valid card details are not provided within the specified time frame, the hotel reserves the right to treat the reservation as invalid and canceled without further notice.

Room Rates & Fees

~ All listed room rates are in U.S. dollars per room, per night.
 
~ Rates include applicable state and local taxes.
 
~ A resort fee of $11 per day will be added to all reservations.

Check-In / Check-Out

~ Check-In: 4:00 PM
 
~ Check-Out: 11:00 AM
 
~ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellations & No-Show

~ Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival, provided the reservation rules and guidelines allow.
 
~ Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior, or failure to arrive (no-show), will result in a charge for the full stay.
 

Age Requirement

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. A valid government-issued photo ID is required.

Pets

No pets are permitted on property. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are always welcome.

Housekeeping

Cleaning service is provided upon request only. Please contact the front desk to schedule service or request fresh linens and amenities.
